9 июня в Государственном клиническом научно-практическом центре телемедицины в Киеве состоялась видео-трансляция лекции для врачей, специализирующихся в кардиологии, неврологии, терапии на тему «Современные концепции терапии ишемических поражений головного мозга»

Лекцию читала доктор медицинских наук, профессор кафедры неврологии факультета усовершенствования врачей Российского Государственного медицинского Университета Румянцева Софья Алексеевна.

Прослушать лекцию, а также задать вопросы получили возможность медики, собравшиеся в Государственном клиническом научно-практическом центре телемедицины МОЗ Украины (Киев), Закарпатской областной клинической больницы им. А. Новака (г.Ужгород) и Донецкой областной больнице (ДОКТМО). Вместе с украинскими врачами, в видео-лекции приняли участие медики из девяти регионов России. Всего аудитория слушателей насчитывала около полутысячи врачей.

Такая широкомасштабная видеоконференция стала возможной благодаря тесному сотрудничеству украинских и российских медиков. Государственный клинический научно-практический центр телемедицины активно применяет технические возможности, созданные в рамках сотрудничества Минздрава Украины и компании МТС. Украинский телемедицинская сеть постепенно набирает обороты и открывает новые горизонты применения телемедицины.

Современные телемедицинские ситемы позволяют не только проводить консультирование пациентов, но и помогают наладить процесс обмена опытом, что особенно важно для медицинской отрасли. В частности, видеоконференцсвязь делает доступными лекции ведущих ученых из разных стран для широкого круга врачей всех регионов Украины. Как пример - указанная видеоконференция, лекция профессора-невролога Российского Государственного медицинского Университета (Москва) транслировавшейся на девять регионов России и три области Украины (Киев, Донецк, Ужгород). Особо нужно отметить тот факт, что в процессе видеоконференции врачи могли не только видеть и слышать лектора, но и участвовать в живом дискуссии. Есть уверенность, что подобный опыт общения медиков раскрывает новые возможности повышения эффективности и качества медицинской помощи.

Участие в подобных видео-лекциях и конференциях для докторов киевского Центра телемедицины, Донецкой и Закарпатской областных больниц стало возможным благодаря проекту «Мобильная медицина», который реализуется компанией МТС под патронатом Министерства здравоохранения Украины при участии Представительства ООН в Украине.В рамках этого проекта, компания МТС построила сеть, которая позволяет в режиме онлайн передавать диагностические данные, получать консультацию профильного специалиста, собирать консилиум врачей, а также участвовать в семинарах и конференциях не покидая рабочего кабинета.

Особенно важным выглядит этот проект на фоне активных шагов правительств стран СНГ относительно подписания Соглашения о сотрудничестве государств-участников СНГ в области создания совместимых национальных телемедицинских консультационно-диагностических систем, а также их дальнейшего развития и использования.

Создание национальной телемедицинской системы - передовое направление развития системы здравоохранения на основе внедрения инноваций и использования современных информационных технологий.

Итак, проведена совместная видеоконференция украинских и российских медиков является ярким примером применения телемедицины, а также существенным шагом на пути развития современной, интегрированной в международную медицинское сообщество украинской медицины.

Transplantation in Ukraine is developing very slowly now. Ukraine has done approximately 100 kidney transplantation operations, 12 liver transplantation operations and no heart transplantation at all in 2009. Why, having a successful experience of transplantations, equipment and world-class professionals, the country does not have full opportunities to help the majority of Ukrainian patients who need transplants? These and many other issues were discussed during the teleconference, which introduced medical opinions and position of patients who successfully survived after the transplantation.

Videoconference between hospitals in Kyiv, Donetsk and Odessa was provided by State Clinical Research Telemedicine Center as part of a project related to telemedicine network creation with the support of Ministry of Ukraine, the UN in Ukraine and MTS.
